
MY APPROACH
Creating Change Counselling has a passion for counselling which comes from a genuine interest in people and their personal stories and a belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges.
At Creating Change Counselling, I will work alongside you with empathy, warmth, and unconditional acceptance, offering a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
As an integrative counsellor, I can draw on approaches including person-centred, psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which allows me to tailor sessions to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Sessions are 50 minutes and can be face-to-face or online.
