
MY APPROACH
My passion for counselling developed from a deep curiosity and genuine interest in people and their personal stories. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to be heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges.
I will work alongside you, offering empathy, warmth and understanding, along with unconditional acceptance, in a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
As I am an integrative counsellor, I can offer different techniques, including person-centred, psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This enables me to blend these and other approaches, so I can offer a flexible and varied approach to counselling to best meet your needs.
What to expect from our counselling sessions
At Creating Change Counselling, I offer a safe, confidential, and supportive space for adults to explore whatever they may be going through, including intrusive thoughts, feelings of overwhelm or the desire to change negative thought and behaviour patterns.
I will help you unpack and uncover difficult emotions, identify any triggers, and over time, help to build your emotional resilience. By understanding yourself on a deeper level, it will enable you to overcome difficulties and create positive, lasting changes.
Our sessions will be tailored to meet each person’s individual needs and will last for 50 mins.
Booking & Availability
Appointments are available face to face and online on Thursday and Friday, with some evening slots available online throughout the week. I do have other availability so please let me know if your availability is outside of these days.
I offer a free 15 min telephone consultation to ensure you feel comfortable with me and where you can ask me any questions.
